• Can you make 2 visits per day?

We can visit as many times as you like, but it will incur an extra $5 per visit.

 • Can you walk my dog?

Yes we can.

 • What if my dog escapes the back yard?

All dogs are fitted with an identity tag with the iMindPets details engraved on it, so that you are not contacted but we are at iMindPets.

 • How do I know my pets are OK while we are away?

You will receive a text message at regular intervals and perhaps even a photo attached, just to give you piece of mind all is well at home.

• How do you handle medical emergencies?

You will be asked at your initial visit which vet you use.  If the pet needs to visit the vet, iMind Pets will happily transport your pet for treatment.

So, how do we work? 

• Before you leave

We will organise a time to have an “Initial Visit” to establish you and your pet’s needs.  This visit is free of charge. When dates are finalised you will receive an invoice via email where you have the option to pay via on line banking, cheque or cash.  Payment is due upon confirmation of booking.

We also ask you to provide the following:

• Food

• Bowls

• Lead

• Bedding / shelter from the elements

• Toys / treats
